Member Dr. Victor H. Sandoval (EE ’56) has been featured in the 150 Alumni of the Technical University of Munich (TUM) for its 150th Anniversary. Dr. Sandoval is the first Filipino to earn his Ph.D. at TUM and has left a positive impact by applying his research in setting up pioneering IT companies in the Philippines. Beyond his entrepreneurial success, Dr. Sandoval served for several years as UPERDFI Trustee and continues to be active. He is also a generous benefactor, supporting the Concepcion H. Sandoval Professorial Chair and five Study Grants for Marinduque students in UPCOE.
