The UP Alumni in Minnesota will offer scholarships to four (4) graduating engineering students starting AY 2022-23. The UP Alumni in Minnesota is a nonprofit organization headed by President Ligaya Carlos, which has been raising funds in the US to provide financial aid to UP students in several colleges.
