10 PhD and 113 MS graduates were feted during the National Graduate School of Engineering (NGSE) 2019 Recognition Rites on June 27 at the Bahay ng Alumni. UP ChE alumnus, former professor and UPERDFI member Dr. Filemon A. Uriarte, Jr. was the guest speaker. He is a NAST Academician, and Chairman of TEST Consultants, and was DOST Secretary.
