MPTC remitted the study grants for four engineering students to be supported for their full 4-year course. MPTC, the tollways arm of the MVP Group will support four incoming first-year students. As Manila North Tollways, the company has been supporting 4-6 full-course scholars since 2011. This is the third batch of full scholars.
