Civil engineer Manuel R. Bulaong, Jr. donated two Teaching and Research Awards for AY 2022-2023, raising the tally to four TRAs in 2022. Mr. Bulaong is an MS CE Candidate and is the president of the MRB II Construction Corporation. He has been donating ten thesis support grants since 2018 and contributed to the Student Wellbeing fund in 2019.
