This was the powerful message shared by UPERDFI member and former DPWH Secretary Rogelio βBabesβ Singson during his keynote address before UPERDFI members, donors, partners, and friends at the recently held 2026 Annual General Membership Meeting and Donor Appreciation.
In his speech, Mr. Singson underscored poverty, corruption, and education as among the countryβs greatest challenges today. He challenged the UPERDFI community to remain steadfast in doing what is right and to always lead with courage and integrity.
Meanwhile, UPERDFI Chairman Jeng Pascual inspired the audience with the four math lessons on character, happiness, choices and difference we make. UPERDFI President Lito Bermudo proudly presented the organizationβs accomplishments, milestones, and the challenges that continue to shape its journey forward.
UP Diliman College of Engineering Dean Tonette Tanchuling also shared the Collegeβs recent achievements and continuing efforts in advancing engineering education and innovation.
